By placing an order with Little Oven Bakehouse, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Little Oven Bakehouse is a small independent bakery based in the UK, offering baked goods for collection via pre-order.

• Pre-orders open every Sunday and are for the immediate upcoming Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday only.
   
• Orders cannot be placed for future weeks.
   
• All items are subject to availability and are baked in limited quantities.
   
• Once an item is sold out for a specific day, it will no longer be available to order.
   

• An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
   
• You are responsible for ensuring all order details (items, quantities, and pick-up date) are correct before completing payment.
   
• You will receive confirmation of your order via email.
   

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as PayPal and Square.
   
• We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
   
• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   

• Orders must be collected on the selected pick-up day: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
   
• Pick-up times and location details will be provided on the website or in your order confirmation.
   
• Orders not collected on the chosen day may not be refundable, as items are freshly baked and perishable.
   

Due to the nature of our products:

• All sales are final once pre-orders close.
   
• We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for missed collections or change of mind.
   
• If there is an issue with your order (for example, an error on our part), please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.
   

• Our kitchen handles common allergens including (but not limited to) gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seeds.
   
• While we take care, we cannot guarantee products are free from allergens.
   
• Please contact us before ordering if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
   

• All content on this website (including text, images, and branding) is the property of Little Oven Bakehouse and may not be copied or used without permission.
   
• We reserve the right to update or modify the website, product offerings, or pricing at any time.
   

Little Oven Bakehouse will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or products, except where required by law.
